What happens, step by step
Before you arrive
Phone or WhatsApp reception to book. Tell us if the matter is urgent so we can find the earliest slot.
At the front desk
Our reception team confirms your appointment details and lets your practitioner know that you have arrived.
In the room
Your practitioner takes a history, examines you where needed, and explains what they find in plain language.
On the way out
You leave with a clear plan: prescription, sick note, referral, or a follow-up date. Repeats can be arranged by phone.

What to bring
- Your ID document
- Your medical aid card, if you belong to a scheme
- Your current medicines, or a list of them
- Recent test results, scans or hospital letters
- For children: the Road to Health booklet
